Questions, answered plainly.
Everything below is the same answer you'd get by asking directly. If something's missing, that's what the contact form is for.
Small businesses, startups, and solo founders who want quality design without agency costs, plus local service providers, professional firms, freelancers, personal brands, and contractors and trades.
Four steps: we talk through your goals, I send a clear quote and timeline, we go through design rounds with feedback built in, and you get the files delivered. No radio silence in between.
Yes, primarily: email, calls, and shared files, wherever you're based.
Every project gets a packaged price up front. No hourly billing, no hidden fees.
A deposit starts the work, the balance is due at delivery, and larger projects can split into milestones. You'll know the full cost before anything begins.
Clarity on your goals, any existing brand materials or examples you like, and your participation in the feedback rounds. If you're not sure where to start, I'll ask the right questions to get there.
You do. Full files and rights transfer once the project is paid in full.
A logo is one piece. This covers the full system: color, type, guidelines, and collateral, so everything stays consistent as the business grows.
That's fine. I can build the broader identity system around it, or refine it rather than replacing it outright.
Yes. That used to be listed as separate services. It's all part of Branding now, so everything you need to look consistent lives under one project instead of several.
Usually two to three rounds. Additional changes are quoted before they happen. No surprise scope creep.
A single logo or graphic runs a few days to a week. A full identity system typically takes two to six weeks.
A simple site runs on the shorter end of two to six weeks; a larger multi-page or e-commerce build takes longer. You'll get a firm timeline upfront, not a moving target.
Copy support is available and often recommended. A well-designed page with weak copy still underperforms. We'll scope that based on what you already have.
Yes. A lot of projects start as redesigns. I'll look at what's working, what isn't, and rebuild around that instead of starting blind.
Both, from a simple one-page site to a multi-page business site to a full online store, and custom development where a template genuinely can't do the job.
That's Custom Solutions service.
Not yet. It's in development. Join the waitlist and I'll follow up personally as it takes shape.
Tell me a bit about the problem you're trying to solve on the Custom Solutions page, and I'll reach out directly as this gets closer to launch.
That's the first question we answer together. Sometimes the right fit is a $12/month tool you can set up yourself, sometimes it's something custom. I'll tell you which, honestly, before recommending a build.
